Updated cancellation policy
The following cancellation policy applies when a trip cannot be started or has to be curtailed due to Covid-19 reasons.

RECOVERED · TESTED · VACCINATED
For your journey to the Hotel Magdalena you either need:
- a negative COVID TEST
- an antibody detection
- a vaccination (applies after the first vaccination after the 21st day)
From May 19th, 2021 there is no quarantine obligation from Austria for Germany, Switzerland or Italy!
Sufficient hand-sanitiser dispensers are distributed throughout the hotel.
All employees wear protective face masks.
All personnel are tested weekly for Covid-19.
The swimming pool and spa area are open in accordance with the prescribed hygiene measures.
Face masks and protective gloves are available to our guests on request.
The hygiene and safety measures are regularly adapted to meet the current requirements of the Federal Ministry.
Thorough cleaning and disinfection of all rooms and outside areas at regular intervals (particular focus on critical points such as handrails, door handles, work surfaces, lifts, changing areas, toilets etc.).
Room cleaning is done according to a strict routine. All cleaning staff are required to wear face masks during the entire room cleaning process.

Restaurant: we will be pleased to allocate you a table that is reserved for you for the entire length of your stay. We ask you to wear a face mask when entering and leaving the restaurant, and at the buffet.
There is a dispenser with hand sanitiser at the start of the buffet route. It is obligatory to disinfect your hands before serving yourself from the buffet. The kitchen, buffet area and relevant utensils are cleaned and disinfected regularly.
