Information about your booking at Hotel Magdalena
Children are our special guests and receive a discount in their parent's room:
0-4 years FREE
5-9 years 50%
10-14 years 30%
Room without 3/4 board, but with breakfast is reduced by € 8.50 per person/day.
Please understand that we have to prepare our rooms and suites for the arrival and departure days of all new guests.
On your day of arrival, our rooms and suites are available to you from 2 pm. On your day of departure, we ask you to vacate your rooms and suites by 11 am. We also ask for your understanding that we cannot always provide the room number you prefer.
can pay your bill at the bar. Cash payment with debit card/Maestro is, of course, also possible. We accept all customary credit cards, except for American Express. We are also happy to accept bank transfers provided that the payment is transferred to our account before you begin your holiday.
If you depart prematurely, the room is charged for the agreed departure date. The conditions of the Austrian Hotel Regulations also apply.

Things do not always turn out as expected. So sometimes a booked holiday has to be cancelled or terminated on short notice.
Cancellation conditons:
There is no right of withdrawal according to § 1 Abs.1 Z.10 FAGG, instead the AGBH (General Terms and Conditions of business for the hotel industry) apply to our house.
According to § 5 of the AGBH 2006:
You may cancel your booking without charge up to 3 month prior to your arrival.
From 3 month up to 1 month prior to your arrival, that cancellation fee is 40% of the cost of the booking.
From 1 month to 1 week prior to your arrival, the cancellation fee is 70 % of the cost of the booking.
Within the last week before you arrive 90 % of the cost of your booking will be charged.
On early departure 100%
We would like to spare you these unnecessary costs and anger.
That is why we offer as a special service to take out the Hotel Cancellation Plus Insurance (including helicopter rescue costs and benefits after accident). This insurance not only covers cancellation- and termination costs but offers more shelter for your Holiday in Austria.
