Our chef de cuisine Bernhard Riedl and his team only use Zillertal hay milk! Hay milk is called the purest milk for a good reason. Because no other milk is so close to nature and traditional. The Zillertal Dairy only uses hay milk from the meadows and mountain farms of the Zillertal. Hay milk products have a higher Omega-3 fatty acids content than do normal, conventional milk products. Omega-3 fatty acids are among the many types of unsaturated fatty acids that our bodies cannot produce themselves.
However, as they are necessary for life, we have to add them to our diet. The high proportion of Omega-3 fatty acids also has a positive effect on the cardiovascular system. Hay milk products should therefore form part of everyone’s diet.
